21st Annual IPS-NYP Astronomy Competition 2018
The 21th Annual IPS-Nanyang Polytechnic Astronomy Competition 2018 was held on 9 March 2018 at Nanyang Polytechnic, Smart Learning Hub. 150 students and teachers from a number of different institutions participated in the event. A dynamic team of 20 students from both the NYP and ITE astronomy clubs was able to keep all three parallel competitive events running smoothly. The competition was judged by Ms. Lim Hwa Shan (NYP), Dr. Ching Chee Leong (NUS) and Dr. Ng Wei Khim (NUS). The event ended with plaques and cheques being given out by the Guest of Honour, Prof. Phil Chan of NUS.
